Discovered this place by accident after stopping at the Tractor Supply next door. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is courteous and service is great. Have been here a few times and have never had a bad meal. Also try the soups, they are fantastic.

Driving through and google suggested this 4.7 star restaurant so we decided to stop. The place is very cozy and quaint. The staff was friendly and inviting. Our server was very polite and able to tell us about anything on the menu. All the sauces and food is homemade. The portion size on the lasagna and the chicken parmigiana were huge. I was full and couldn't get dessert but they looked great going out to the tables around us. If you are traving through the nearby area; i highly recommend you try this delicious family owned business.

Such a quaint old but updated Diner. This place has withstood the test of time. it is so warm and cozy with wonderful workers that take care of your every needs for breakfast and for lunch. I understand they do dinner Thursday Friday Saturday nights and I will be stopping by to check out the dinners. they have a large parking lot free to all. I would consider them handicap friendly, the bathrooms look great, the food is fantastic, the prices are very fair. I would not hesitate to go there with a friend, family, a date or children. I just don't understand how I haven't been there sooner but I will be returning often it's visible from the street so it's easy to get to.

This is my altime favorite place to go out to eat. The staff, food, hospitality, atmosphere can't be beat!!!Thanks for the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family!

Great freshly prepared, Grade "A" food cooked to order, by professional chefs. Wide selection, baked on premises cakes, and bread. The best breakfast and lunch between Doylestown and Easton. Affordable Family restaurant,Kid friendly.

Local, homey place with really good food.

I stopped in for breakfast so that's all I can review. I told my server it was one of the best breakfast I have ever eaten. I meant it. Good quality for at reasonable prices. Well prepared. Friendly service. A win!

Delicious homemade chicken vegetable soup along with a toasted chicken salad sandwich. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Btw...our meal was reasonably priced. We will definitely return very soon.

Great food and easy going friendly staff. Not too long a wait for the food that was hot and fresh you could tell that good ingredients went into that plate. Not too out of the way easy to get to with lots of parking and a nice bathroom. Good amount of space for any size party.

I'm relatively new to the area and a friend and I had a friendly wager as to where the best breakfast in the area was. My friend brought me to The Oaks. After my visit this morning, I conceded defeat to my friend as this place was fantastic! Huge delicious omelets. A nice warm (gas) fire. Plenty of coffee refills. A friendly and helpful staff. A+ visit. I will be returning soon.

The food is delicious. The portions are large. It's a great cozy neighborhood place to eat. The staff is friendly and gets to know the regulars while treating them like family. Try to save room for dessert if you can.

I haven't been for 20 years and that was for breakfast. This time was dinner. Really good comfort food!! And good homemade desserts too. I will be back. PS they serve dinners Thursday,Friday, and Saturdays only 4:30 to 8:30pm. The place was packed.

I love hometown restaurants especially for breakfast! Great food, personable service and just perfect if you like a true family restaurant! If you are near the area it is a must for breakfast!

I have infrequently gone to this restaurant since the early 90's and the food remains consistently good and a value.

Had a tasty tuna melt. The tuna salad was fresh, served on English muffins with melted cheese on top. Service attentive, 3 coffee refills. I imagine breakfast is equally good.

Nice small town feel restaurant

Delicious! It was very good under the old management. The new owners took the Oaks a couple of notches up! The only thing that made me give them four-stars was that our group was over ten, and that the service took little longer than expected. As the restaurant was packed, little delay was more than understandable. The servers were highly helpful.

food is always great and the service is super fast

I use to come here quite often when I lived in pipersville. Home cooking style no frills. The kids loved it here. Friendly staff, quick service (even when they’re busy) Pricing was very reasonable and the portions were above average. Excellent place for when you want that home cooked breakfast without doing dishes.

Pretty typical Diner food and very casual. I really like their breakfasts. I used to go there a lot when I lived closer. I took one star off because there were flies in the restaurant during the summer a few years ago. It's winter now, so flies aren't an issue, but hopefully they have addressed the problem.

Good service. I had a cheese steak was ok. What did I expect.. Girlfriend had chicken salad she said it was good. The place was worth a try.

Foods ok. It's a little expencive for what you get. It's a home converted into a restuarant. It feels odd not comfortable. Too little space and too many tables.

Perfect local family diner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Mike will fill you up with good food. Always looking forward to breakfast on Sunday here
